I actually read an article that said the awful economic enviroment has led to a boom in gym membership. With so many home and unemployed, many are spending their days in the gym. Unwilling to sacarfice health as a cost.

Teresa your are spot on.

In the long run it will end up costing you more if a focus on your health slides. In these times the lack of money is a real issue for some folks. Please don't couple that with a lack of health as well.

Great Post Donovan

My thought is that if you let your health go, it will cost you more in the long run, with health issues, medical bills, etc. So the smartest move, especially in this economy, is to focus on staying healthy, there are lots of free ways to exercise. Also, healthy food costs less than all the junk. Great post Donovan!

Hey Donovan,

I was reading your comments on Bedros' blog about your double money back guarantee. I'm a boot camp instructor in canada and a fellow BCBP member.

I've been using a 30 day money back guarantee but i feel the double guarantee is more powerful so I'd like to give it a try.

Would you mind if I had a look at your double money back guarantee form you get your campers to sign?

Donovan,

Man this post is great. NOTHING is really achieved unless the Psychological battle is won. It is THE major step in achieving the dream body. As a Dream Body Constructor, you truly realize this and your clients are getting awesome value and results because of it.

Hi Donovan! Nice job! I have finally broken the emotional eating cycle -- good thing! After I lost my weight, though, I found that I wasn't eating enough. It didn't cause me to gain weight but ended up with some nutritional issues that I'm still working through. So now I have to be conscious of eating enough rather than eating too much. lol Thanks for all of the tips!!

Jenny,

Don't blame you for being skeptical one bit. But this should help you see the light ;-) Here are the actual research studies.

** American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Vol. 85:1267-1274

Jenny,

Thank you very much for coming by my blog and leaving comment.

Skepticism is a very natural instinct that's okay to exercise. It protects us a lot times.

I have skepticism about 98% of all supplement companies but not Prograde. That's why I recommend it to all of my clients and take it myself, daily.

This is the only company that has ever given me a behnd the scenes tour of their manufacturing process and facility. It's one of the few companies that doesn't try to sell everything under the sun to make money. In fact, they only have 6 products.

Just a few of the reason why I don't have to worry about my reputation as a trainer being put on the line.

I'm always a little skeptical of this kind of stuff... BUT believe that everyone has their preferences to what works for their bodies and what does not. So, it's worth a shot.
