Is the economic crisis going to make you fat? Is the economic crisis going to allow you to make excuses and relax, maybe even completely dismiss, your dream of having an athletic, sexy looking body? Is the economic crisis going to dictate the healthy, or unhealthy, lifestyle that you will live?
The answer…
Only if YOU let it.
Now, let me be very clear. I understand that the economy has had some major changes and affected some people in a very drastic way. My heart truly goes out to them…and you, if you happen to be affected also.
But…
There is ONE thing that we should never give up, no matter the situation, no matter the difficulty…because without it, all the things that matter the MOST begin to crumble.
What is it…
Our health!

My thought is that if you let your health go, it will cost you more in the long run, with health issues, medical bills, etc. So the smartest move, especially in this economy, is to focus on staying healthy, there are lots of free ways to exercise. Also, healthy food costs less than all the junk. Great post Donovan!
Teresa your are spot on.
In the long run it will end up costing you more if a focus on your health slides. In these times the lack of money is a real issue for some folks. Please don’t couple that with a lack of health as well.
Great Post Donovan
I actually read an article that said the awful economic enviroment has led to a boom in gym membership. With so many home and unemployed, many are spending their days in the gym. Unwilling to sacarfice health as a cost.
