Hi Donovan! Nice job! I have finally broken the emotional eating cycle — good thing! After I lost my weight, though, I found that I wasn’t eating enough. It didn’t cause me to gain weight but ended up with some nutritional issues that I’m still working through. So now I have to be conscious of eating enough rather than eating too much. lol Thanks for all of the tips!!
