  1. Great Breakfast Ideas Donovan! Nutrition is so important especially when involved in an exercise program. With my bootcamp clients I offer a nutrition tip of the day and just the other day we were talking about how breakfast can make or break your entire daily menu. I touched on several of the same points you did. Balanced attention to nutrition and exercise is the ONLY way to lose fat. Keep up the great work!
